During this tasting experience, you will explore sparkling wine from around the world while enjoying a seasonal brunch grazing board*. You’ll learn about the methods of making sparking wine and the different types of sparklers, including:

•    Champagne - the average bottle of Champagne has 20 million bubbles, learn about how they get there

•    Prosecco - the Italian cousin of sparklers, why it’s both cost effective and getting classier as of late

•    Cava - made like Champagne but from Spain, learn what makes Cava perfect for your siesta

•    Crémant - sparkling wine from France that isn’t Champagne

• New World Sparklers - winemakers all over the world are jumping on the sparkling train.

*Brunch boards typically include a variety of pastries & Danishes, fresh fruit & vegetables, cheese & cured meats, dips & house recipe crackers. We partner with local suppliers where ever possible and boards will vary based on seasonal availability. We do our best to accommodate allergies & intolerances - please be sure to include these when signing up for an event.
